Kit Scale

Introduction

Kit scale models are built from a kit or exactly to the plans of a kit.
Some modifications are permitted: fitting an alternative power source, a replacement propeller (including for rubber), wheels and moving the rear motor peg for rubber powered models.

Dimensions

Maximum weight (including motor): 200 g
Maximum wing loading: 15 g/dm²
There are no restrictions to the dimensions

The judging rules used for the kit scale class are the BMFA-rules, which are also used in the Interscale and British Indoor Scale Nationals competitions.
