FAI: the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale, the world's air sports federation, was founded in 1905. It is a non-governmental and non-profit making international organisation with the basic aim of furthering aeronautical and astronautical activities worldwide. Ever growing, FAI is now an organisation of some 100 member countries.

British Model Flying Association

British Model Flying Association: theBMFA is the National Governing Body for the sport of model flying. Its aims are to promote, protect, organise and encourage model flying within the UK. Typically there are around 780 affiliated clubs and a combined membership of over 36,000 members, all of whom have entered a partnership to ensure that model fliers have a voice and their rights are recognised by the authorities. For indoor flyers there is good information to be found on the page of the Indoor Technical Committee!

Historische Nederlandse Vliegtuigmodelbouwtekeningen is part of the website by J.W. Roest, a well known and accomplished Dutch indoor scale flyer. Also of interest is his hangar!
